While many may have become desensitized to L2 fee reductions, believing that the primary constraint on L2 is ecological activity rather than costs, viewing specific application-dedicated chains rather than general-purpose L2 solutions changes the game. For example, fee reductions on Arbitrum can incentivize RWA infrastructure activity, further price cuts on Base can boost the development of the x402 payment ecosystem, and the upcoming MegaETH can expand high-frequency DeFi and gaming use cases.
