Banned/Prohibited Jurisdictions

In conjunction to the Terms and Conditions provided by Markets International Ltd (“Markets SVG”) or the “Company”, operating under the brand name ‘MARKETS.COM’, the Company reserves the right and is entitled to at any time, and upon its sole discretion, to restrict offering its services to certain jurisdictions and consider them as banned countries in terms of engagement with the potential clients (the “Banned Jurisdictions”).

Currently the Company does not accept new clients and/or the opening of new accounts from the following jurisdictions:
